• We are a made-to-order company taking orders through our online store, which means many of our orders are made at the time you place an order.  While we do carry inventory of products, we are constantly restocking our supply of hats and materials based on the demand of orders coming into the company.

• Each hat patch is designed through an iterative process with the founders and our customers to help reflect the preferences of those who wear the hats everyday.
• Once the design elements of the hat are completed, the leatherette patches are laser etched, engraved and cut from sheets of leatherette. The leatherette found on many of the hats are made from and with sustainable practices and are made to be durable. Some of our product lines have fully-embroidered patches with no laser engraving. 
• Currently all patches are affixed to the hat material with industry-leading fabric adhesive from Dura-Bull adhesives and/or fabric cements. We then reinforce that with an additional washer and dryer safe fabric cement.
• Finally, the hats are heat pressed with a professional hat press and in some cases certain designs are also attached with custom rivets.

We are currently working on targeted boutiques and shops that fit the brand of the company.

The current plan will be to introduce the hats in the greater Lake of the Ozarks communities in central Missouri.

• Yes, the hats are durable. They are attached with market leading fabric adhesive and cements that stand up to the test of time. Some designs are further attached with custom hand installed rivets.
• We have tested our hats in machine washer cycles on a gentle cycle with the hat inside of a mesh garment bag many times, with no issues. We do recommend that you only hand wash the hats with a mild dish soap and warm water.
• If you decide to machine wash your hat we will only stand behind those washed on gentle cycle in a garment bag.
• DO NOT dry hats in clothing dryer, hang to dry only.
